Aircraft Carrying Pete Hegseth Forced to Touch Down in UK Due to Fracture in Windshield

An aircraft transporting Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth was forced to make an unplanned landing in the UK on Wednesday due to a fissure was discovered in the plane's windshield, according to an official statement which verified that the secretary was unharmed.

"The aircraft landed following established safety measures and all passengers, including Pete Hegseth, is safe," an official representative commented in a social media post.

He was traveling back from a short visit to Brussels during the flight.

This event does not mark the first time that a United States armed forces jet ferrying a top government figure has suffered technical problems.
